User Agreement

If you do not agree to this Agreement, you should not use our Services and you should arrange to cancel your registered user account with us, as applicable.
Billing and Payments
You shall pay all charges from your account in accordance with the fees, charges and billing terms in effect at the time a charge is due and payable. We reserve the right to change product and product pricing at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restriction may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided the time order wad made.
Acceptance of these terms
You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using the website or its services you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the website and its services.
Refund Policy
Since our website offers multiple non-tangible, irrevocable services we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the website. Please make sure that you have carefully read service description before making a purchase.

We respect the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. We may, in appropriate circumstances and in our sole discretion, terminate the rights of any user to use our Website and/or Mobile App (or any part thereof) who infringes the intellectual property rights of others.

Miscellaneous Terms
In any action against us arising from the use of our Services, Website and/or Mobile App (including, without limitation), the prevailing party will be entitled to recover all legal expenses incurred in connection with the action, including but not limited to its costs, both taxable and non-taxable, and reasonable attorney’s fees.
If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severable from these terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and us relating to the subject matter herein.
This Agreement may be modified only by our posting of changes to this Agreement on our Website and/or Mobile App, or by written agreement of both parties. Each time you access our Website and/or Mobile APP, you will be deemed to have accepted any such changes.
We may assign our rights and obligations under this Agreement. This Agreement will inure to the benefit of our successors, assigns and licensees. The failure of either party to insist in any one or more instances upon the strict performance of the terms, covenants, or conditions of this Agreement and to exercise any right under this Agreement, will not be construed as a waiver or relinquishment to any extent of such party’s right to assert or rely upon any such provision or right in that or any other instance; rather, the obligations of the other party with respect to future performance will be and remain in full force and effect.
